Dr. Rasha has worked with individuals with autism and their families for over two decades, developing a deep connection and sincere passion for this work. She believes that the body holds a person’s lived experiences and that healing begins through the integration of mind, body, and emotional awareness. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She integrates holistic techniques that support emotional and energetic balance, including breathwork, present-moment awareness, and mindfulness practices.
Dr. Rasha values cultural sensitivity and works from a systems perspective, thoughtfully considering family dynamics and intergenerational patterns throughout the healing process. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Master’s degrees in both Clinical and Counseling Psychology (MFT). In addition to her clinical work, she teaches in the doctoral program at the Southern California University of Health Sciences, where she supports the development of future clinicians.
